Welcome to my Blog

I started this blog primarily to talk about my opinions on the paranormal. But, of late, the blog has started to progress in a different direction. It was because I integrated an older technology related blog of mine with this one. I would definitely talk about paranormal stuff when something interesting happens. Unfortunately, there are not many things to talk about. So many things have changed over the last few years. Credible researchers have either gone dormant or simply don’t give a damn anymore (O Vallée, Where Art Thou?). Charlatans have completely taken over the paranormal. Sad really.

I used to have an extensive comic book, anime and video game blog ages ago (remember Open Diary?). But I took it offline, since, I didn’t have time to update it. Currently, the archive is sitting pretty on my home server, HARDAC (Holographic Analytical Reciprocating Digital Computer –  Heart of Steel anyone?). May be I should resurrect some of the posts here. They might not be that interesting, unless you are a comic book buff and are not put off by academic treatment of comic book and anime characters.

In the meantime, enjoy this blog for its technology related content. I blog about UNIX, BSD and other stuff that interests me.  Enjoy reading.

    • Hi mate,
Thanks for the nice words. I just had a look at the shot. You don’t need a lot of tricks to have a setup like that. I have a github account, where all my files are hosted. You can take a look at them. They are well documented and if there is any question regarding errors etc., you can let me know by using the comment feature.

Don’t worry about being a newbie. Everyone started out exactly the way you are right now. Only thing I would like to say is that I don’t use bash. The shell I predominantly use is zsh. My zsh config file is also available on github. Just follow the link below for my configurations files.

Hope that helps, and thanks for your visit.

    • OK, If my guess is correct, you are talking about the Skull thingy? If yes, the file is called issue and is available on my github account. Just call it by invoking the cat command

      cat issue

Let me know if I am wrong,
